Our Cheeses

Sharpham Rushmore (210g) V, P A Great Taste 2‑Star, mixed‑milk cheese born from a happy accident. Semi‑hard, silky, and gently floral, Rushmore melts beautifully on the palate with refreshing acidity and a lingering creamy finish. A true Devon original.

Sharpham Cremet (130g) V, P Our most decadent soft cheese — a mould‑ripened goat’s cheese enriched with cow’s double cream. Mousse‑light when young, deep and earthy when ripe. A multi‑award‑winning favourite.

Sharpham Brie (250g) V, P Handcrafted since 1981, this Coulommier‑style Brie is made with rich Jersey milk, giving it its signature buttercup yellow. Creamy, mushroomy, and beautifully soft as it matures.

Sharpham Elmhirst (130g) V, P Triple‑cream indulgence at its finest. Luxurious, buttery, and irresistibly gooey when ripe, with fresh, clean notes when young. Pure dairy opulence.
