Sharpham Rustic Chive & Garlic is a semi-hard cheese made with Jersey cow’s milk; it’s fresh, rich, and crumbly in texture and is made deliciously savoury with the addition of chives and garlic.

Quicke’s Mature Clothbound Cheddar (200g), (P)
Quicke’s Mature Clothbound Cheddar is handcrafted using milk from their grass-fed cows. Clothbound and naturally matured for 12-15 months. A rich, buttery cheddar that offers outstanding depth of flavour. The flavour develops as it reaches the back of the palate. From brothy to grassy to caramel notes. —ideal for pairing with crackers and ales.

For accompaniments, working with our Devon friends at The Fresh Flour Company, we have created a range of great-tasting crackers to complement our artisan cheeses here at Sharpham perfectly; within this box, you get to try our Original Sourdough Crackers (100g) (V) These Sharpham crackers are handmade, using organically grown wheat, rye, and oat grains. These grains are freshly milled, creating fresh stone-ground flour. The flour and mixture of sourdough starters are combined with locally produced honey, olive oil, and sea salt, of which 15% is Devon Sea Salt—Crispy, golden sourdough crackers are perfect for enjoying with cheeses and charcuterie.

Sharpham’s brand new charcuterie – made from Blackwell & Co pork shoulder – is air-dried, fermented, and matured for three months to develop its deep, savoury character – before its final wash with Devon Distillery’s SloeD Gin, infusing the meat with subtle sweetness and aromatic complexity.

Salcombe Seahorse Ale, 4.4%AB. Seahorse is an amber ale whose name reflects that the Salcombe Ria is a haven for both British species of Seahorse. It is a sweet and smooth ale with a gentle spicy hop character, hints of burnt caramel, and a smoked malty finish. Seahorse Ale offers the perfect partner to rich cheeses and charcuterie.

Salcombe Gold Ale, 4.2 %ABV, is a light straw gold ale with a long hoppy finish thanks to some of the USA’s finest exports: Amarillo, Chinook and Citra. A sweet citrus aroma followed by subtle flavours of melon, apricot and peach. The ideal complement to the hearty flavours of Quicke’s cheddar and Sharpham Camembert.
