Devon Blue
£6.00
Devon Blue was one of the first modern British blue cheeses created by Robin Congdon in the 1970s. It is now made by Ben Harris at Ticklemore Dairy, less than five miles away from Sharpham Dairy at the South Devon Food Hub.
Devon Blue is an unpressed, French-style blue cheese wrapped in foil to prevent rind development. We sell it at four months old when it is flinty, minerally, and light with a subtle blue taste.
