Sharpham Savour

Price range: £7.50 through £28.50

Sharpham Savour is a mixed‑milk cheese made with both cow’s and goat’s milk, creating a sweet, mellow flavour and a smooth, supple texture achieved through curd‑washing. Inspired by young French Savoie‑style cheeses, it offers rich creaminess with a gentle tang and was launched to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Awarded 3 Stars at the Great Taste 2026 Awards, Sharpham Savour impressed judges and said:

“This white rind-washed cheese is simultaneously mild and complex. It has a bright acidity that mellows into a delicate, buttery taste. There is a touch of grassy, buttercup notes that balances beautifully. The texture has a pleasing soft chew that then melts away. Wonderful.”
