Sharpham Rustic Chive & Garlic is a semi-hard cheese, made with Jersey cow’s milk, it’s fresh, rich, and crumbly in texture and is made deliciously savory with the addition of chives and garlic.

Made in two sizes, whole deli cheeses and mini truckles that are perfect for tops of celebration cheesecakes, cheeseboards, and gifting. We also cut from a large cheese for those who would like to try a wedge of Sharpham Rustic Chive & Garlic.
Large whole cheese -approximately 1.6kg Diameter 18 cm x Height 8.5cm
Small truckle- approximately 500g Diameter 9 cm x Height 7cm
Wedge- 200g
PAIRING SUGGESTIONS:
The richness of the cheese complements the savoury herbs and results in a scrumptious guest for any cheese board, or an amazing melted topping for bread, pasta or meats. Works well with a glass of Sharpham Pinot Noir, but we favour a crisp and fruity West Country cider!
