Sharpham Rustic is a semi-hard cheese made with Jersey cow’s milk. Its refreshing light tang delicately balances the milk’s richness with a lovely crumbly texture.

SIZE: 

We make whole deli cheeses and mini truckles in two sizes, perfect for topping celebration cheesecakes, cheeseboards, and gifting. We also cut a wedge of rustic from a large cheese for those who would like to try it.

Large Whole Cheese -approximately 1.6kg  Diameter 18 cm x Height 8.5cm

Small Truckle- approximately 300g

Wedge – 200g

PAIRING SUGGESTIONS:

Sharpham Rustic is irresistible when served with oatcakes and a sweet chutney, along with a glass (or two) of crisp Sharpham Dart Valley Reserve.
