Our popular Sharpham Rustic is a semi-hard cheese made with Jersey cow’s milk. Its refreshing light tang delicately balances the milk’s richness with a lovely crumbly texture. Nothing quite like it is unique to the Southwest. Made in large cheeses and little truckles, they make the perfect addition to a cheeseboard or on top of a cheese wedding cake.

Made in two sizes, whole deli cheeses and mini truckles are perfect for topping celebration cheesecakes, cheeseboards, and gifting.

Large Whole Cheese -approximately 1.7kg  Diameter 18 cm x Height 8.5cm
