Sharpham Ticklemore goat’s cheese is handmade from pasteurised Devon goat’s milk. Ticklemore’s distinctive shape comes from the fact that it is moulded in a plastic colander. It is available in a variety of sizes from whole cheeses to mini truckles, perfect for a cheeseboard. This is a semi-hard goat’s cheese that has a light and gently lemony flavour with herbaceous notes and a white bloomy mould. It has a lovely crumbly. It is well worth trying if you are not usually a fan of goat’s cheese, as it has been known to convert even the strongest goat’s cheese hater.
Made in two sizes, whole deli cheeses and mini truckles that are perfect for tops of celebration cheesecakes, cheeseboards, and gifting. We also cut from the large cheese for those that would just like a wedge of Ticklemore.
