Sharpham Elmhirst
Price range: £8.00 through £27.00
Sharpham Elmhirst is made from rich Jersey cow’s milk and triple cream, creating a luxurious soft mould‑ripened cheese with clean, fresh notes when young and a rich, buttery, gooey texture when ripe. Named after the Elmhirst family, who contributed so much to the local area, this cheese is pure dairy opulence. Similar in style to a Vignotte, double cream is added to our Jersey milk to produce a triple‑cream cheese that is mousse‑like at 2–3 weeks old, developing into a full‑bodied, decadent and irresistibly gooey experience at 4–6 weeks.
