Sharpham Elmhirst
£6.75 – £21.00
Sharpham Elmhirst is made from Jersey Cow’s Milk and triple cream. It creates a luxurious soft mold-ripened cheese with clean and fresh notes on the palette when young, rich buttery, and gooey when ripe.
Named after the family that contributed so much to the area, Elmhirst is pure dairy opulence. Similar to a Vignotte, double cream is added to our Jersey milk making mould ripened triple cream cheese that is rich and mousse-like when young (2-3 weeks old), developing into a full-bodied, decadent, and gooey experience when ripe (4-6 weeks)
