Sharpham Savour
Price range: £7.50 through £28.50
Savour is a mixed-milk cheese made with both cow’s and goat’s milk. Combining the milk produces a sweet, mellow flavour with a smooth texture achieved by washing the curds.
Savour is based on a young French Savoie-style cheese with a rich and creamy flavour, a slight tang. Savour was launched to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the South Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
