Working with our Devon friends at Highfield Preserves we have created a range of unique chutneys, jams, and marmalades, that combine elements from other artisan Devon producers to complement our artisan cheeses.
Highfield’s preserves are a second-generation family-run business who have been producing its delicious preserves since 1984. Based in Willand in Devon they create small-batch chutneys, to ensure flavour and texture are just right. We at Sharpham are so happy to have teamed up with them to create our range of chutneys, marmalades, and jams, the perfect accompaniment for any cheeseboard, picnic, or use in cooking to help elevate a dish adding that boost of flavour.
Sharpham Bramley Apple & Hunts Wobbler Cider Chutney (220g)
British Bramley apples and local Hunts Wobbler cider combined with sultanas and ground spices. Slightly sharp, tangy, and lightly spiced, it’s the perfect pairing for Sharpham cheese also good with cold meats & pies.
Combined with ground spices, and sultanas it’s slightly sharp, tangy and lightly spiced. Hunts medium sweet ‘Wobbler’ cider and tart Bramley apple pairs beautifully with rich, oozy Sharpham Camembert. Try dropping a spoonful on top, before baking until the topping is sticky and the centre is perfectly gooey.

British Bramley apples, sugar, cider vinegar, onions, sultans, cider, salt, garlic, ginger, chilli, cinnamon, and allspice.
