Working with our Devon friends at Highfield Preserves, we have created a range of unique savoury chutneys, jams, relish and marmalades that combine elements from other artisan Devon producers to complement our artisan cheeses.

Highfield’s Preserves are a second-generation family-run business who have been producing its delicious preserves since 1984. Based in Willand in Devon, they create small-batch chutneys to ensure the right flavour and texture. We at Sharpham are so happy to have teamed up with them to create our range of chutneys, marmalades, relish and jams, the perfect accompaniment for any cheeseboard, picnic, or use in cooking to help elevate a dish adding that boost of flavour.

Sharpham Scotch Bonnet Fiery Chilli Jam (230g)

This fiery chilli jam is packed full of scotch bonnet chillies, and it packs a punch of heat and sweetness all in one go! The ultimate condiment for those seeking a fiery delight.

Sharpham Ploughman’s Chutney with Bays Devon Dumpling Ale (220g)

A traditional chutney with chunky veg, raisins, dates and a good measure of local ale from Bays Brewery in Paignton.  It’s a rich, mellow traditional ale with a good depth of flavour.

Sharpham Bramley Apple & Hunts Wobbler Cider Chutney (220g)

British Bramley apples and local Hunts Wobbler cider combined with sultanas and ground spices. Slightly sharp, tangy, and lightly spiced, it’s the perfect pairing for Sharpham cheese also good with cold meats & pies.

Sharpham Red Onion Rosemary & Thyme Marmalade (220g)

This red onion, rosemary, and thyme savoury marmalade is a twist on a favourite. The red onions are caramelised in soft brown sugar and balanced perfectly with balsamic and red wine vinegar. The herbs are handpicked, chopped, and added at the last minute for a savoury finish. This has a lovely dark golden colour with a reddy hue from the red onions and a wonderfully sticky texture.
