Working with our Devon friends at Highfield Preserves we have created a range of unique chutneys, jams, and marmalades, that combine elements from other artisan Devon producers to complement our artisan cheese range.
Highfield’s preserves are a second-generation family-run business that has been producing its delicious preserves since 1984. Based in Willand in Devon they create small-batch chutneys, to ensure flavour and texture are just right. We at Sharpham are so happy to have teamed up with them to create our range of chutneys, marmalades, and jams. The perfect accompaniment for any cheeseboard, picnic, or use in cooking to help elevate a dish adding that boost of flavour.
Sharpham Ploughman’s Chutney with Bays Devon Dumpling Ale
A traditional chutney with chunky veg, raisins, dates and a good measure of local ale from Bays Brewery in Paignton. It’s a rich, mellow traditional ale with a good depth of flavour.
